General terms and conditions - Onlinetranslator.ch
Contract
1. 1. If the account holder gives a translation order to onlinetranslator.ch, a so-called work and labour contract between onlinetranslator.ch and the account holder is made according to the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR 363 ff).
Services
2. onlinetranslator.ch makes a commitment to translate the text correctly in the desired language within a reasonable period of time (as a rule 5 working days after the contract order has been received).
3. The completed translation will be delivered to the client in an E-Mail that is not encoded.
4. If the translation is not delivered by the due date (see Point 2), the translation costs, which are to be paid in advance by credit card or Postcard, will be refunded.
A precondition for the client to receive a refund of the fee paid if the delivery time is exceeded is notification to onlinetranslator.ch by E-Mail.
Liability
5. If the translation contains mistakes, which differ from the original text, the translation will be corrected at no cost and sent to the client by a separate E-Mail. A precondition for this is client notification to onlinetranslator.ch in a reasonable period of time.
6. If the corrected translation still contains errors, the client may withdraw from the contract or demand corrections again.
7. If the translation errors arise as a result of the client's original text, there is no recourse to corrections or refunding of the fee for the work that has been carried out. Corrections will in this case be treated as a new contract.
Date protection and confidentiality
8. As security of data communication cannot be totally guaranteed, onlinetranslator.ch will not accept liability for any possible damage.
Court of jurisdiction
9. In the case of possible disagreements concerning the onlinetranslator.ch Internet platform and the services it offers, Swiss law will prevail. The sole court of jurisdiction is Berne, Switzerland
